Exchanges and Returns

You can exchange or return products purchased through the online store in three ways:

Exchange at physical stores: you can go to any of our storea of your choice and go to the Customer Service and Exchange Department.

Or

Exchange or Return via Posting in the Post Office: in this case, you must contact the online store's customer service channels (chat, phone and/or website) to open the exchange or return request and follow the return instructions that will be sent by e-mail, not forgetting to also send the invoice for the purchased product.
